cheerios w. fat free milk…bananna
turkey sand on wheat with a lil mustard & apple
pretzels with peanut butter
and got my workout in and off to class nowww
and for dinner im not sure yetttt
doing okay today i guess…
im down 15lbs from when i first started buddyslim but only really back into this 8 days ago….longggg way to go!
